For this special edition of the Salon de Mai, 50 local artists have been invited to explore the 50 years of our independence through art. As the outreach coordinator working side by side with the Art Curator | Contemporary Artist, Mr Luchoomun, I ensured the visibility of the exhibition through both Online and Offline communication platform through designing visual identities such as posters, invitation card, signages, banners, photographing artists and artworks sent to journalists, organising artistic interviews with media. I designed a limited edition catalogue to record the 50 years of independence seen through the lens of 50 artists, leading artistic creations upon new perspectives that lead to discussions, contemplations in shaping our Mauritian nation.
